Registration will take place on on October 12 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar (Campus Manga) in Cartagena and October 13 from 8:00 to 9:00 AM at Campus Ternera. The registration form, once completed, can be sent via fax or e-mail to:
